How does the 100% guarantee work?
At Proven Solutions, we offer a 100% Guarantee! Meaning, if we make a mistake that is our error we will fix it, and if it costs you money - we will pay it!
Are you an Australian based company?
We are a fully owned Australian based company. We give you a dedicated Account Manager who will be your first point of contact for all things related to your trust account &/or bookkeeping. Whilst we employ International Staff who are tertiary qualified and have been hand-picked because of their experience and qualifications, you will deal with our onshore team, based in Australia.
How do I know that my Database is safe with you?
We offer all of our clients a non-compete clause. We have screen tracking on all of our employees to safeguard your data & we hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
What is the Cost?
Our cost to manage all of your trust accounting, 365 days a year, is $5.00 per property per month (exc. GST). We take on all of the responsibility of daily receipting and reconciliation, entering and paying all bills, end of month reporting and disbursement to owners three times per week.

How quickly and easily can you start my trust accounting?
We can start in as little as a week. Once we have access to all of the information and systems that we need we can effectively pick it up on that very same day.
We only need read only access to your trust account and admin access to your trust accounting system.
